Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

• Perishable items, if applicable.
• Customized or special-order items.
• Intimate products

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges
