1. Introduction By submitting a sponsorship campaign on Kief Skole’s website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Kief Skole and third-party campaign organizers and outline the requirements, fees, and limitations associated with using our platform. Kief Skole reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is the responsibility of the campaign organizers to review any updates.
2. Campaign Submission and Approval All sponsorship campaigns submitted to Kief Skole are subject to a mandatory review process. Kief Skole reserves the right to approve or reject any campaign at its sole discretion. The review process is designed to ensure that campaigns align with our community standards and values, but it does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of the campaign’s quality, authenticity, or legitimacy.
3. Fees and Charges Kief Skole charges a commission fee and a payout fee on all funds raised through sponsorship campaigns on our platform:
- Commission Fee: Kief Skole will retain a 10% commission on all funds raised through each campaign.
- Payout Fee: A payout fee of 3.34% + R3 will be applied to all funds when they are disbursed to the campaign organizer.
These fees cover administrative, operational, and platform costs associated with managing the campaign on Kief Skole’s website. All fees are non-refundable.
4. Fund Disbursement Upon successful completion of a campaign, the remaining funds (after deducting the applicable fees) will be disbursed to the campaign organizer. The disbursement process may take up to 10 business days from the time the campaign ends. Organizers are responsible for providing accurate payout details to ensure timely transfers.
5. Liability and Disclaimer Kief Skole acts solely as a platform for third-party sponsorship campaigns and does not assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of any campaign. Kief Skole will not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes that may arise in connection with campaigns hosted on our platform, including, but not limited to, misrepresentations, unmet promises, or failure to deliver on campaign goals.
Campaign organizers are solely responsible for the content and management of their campaigns, as well as for fulfilling any obligations or rewards promised to contributors. All campaign details, including goals, timelines, and intended use of funds, must be accurately represented. Any discrepancies, disputes, or liabilities are the sole responsibility of the campaign organizer.
6. Compliance and Indemnification Campaign organizers agree to comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations, including but not limited to, fundraising, financial, and consumer protection laws. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns meet all legal requirements.
By submitting a campaign, organizers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kief Skole, its directors, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with the campaign, including claims made by third parties or contributors.
7. Intellectual Property and Permissions Campaign organizers are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials used in their campaigns do not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Kief Skole reserves the right to remove any campaign that is found to violate intellectual property rights, copyright, or other legal restrictions.
8. Termination and Removal of Campaigns Kief Skole reserves the right to remove or terminate any campaign that violates our terms and conditions, contains misleading information, or is deemed harmful to our platform’s reputation and community. In such cases, any funds raised may be withheld until the situation is resolved, and campaign organizers may be permanently banned from using our platform.
9. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a campaign on Kief Skole’s website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You agree to use our platform responsibly and to uphold the values and integrity of the Kief Skole community.
