Refund and Returns Policy

At Kief Skole, we are dedicated to ensuring satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for repair, replacement, or a credit, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Kief Skole and from third-party vendors listed on our platform.

Preparing Your Products for Return

For efficient processing, please follow these guidelines when returning products:

  • Safely package your items to protect them during transit.
  • Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Include all accessories and parts originally provided with the product.

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or result in denial of your return request.


1. Unwanted Products

You may return an unwanted product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with labels and stickers attached.
  • It includes all accessories and parts.
  • It is not excluded from returns (e.g., digital downloads, personal hygiene items, or customized products).

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and arrange delivery to 3 Queens Way, Hadison Park, Kimberley at your own cost. Upon inspection, we will issue a credit within 10 days or provide a replacement if applicable.


2. Exchanging Products

Certain items, such as school uniforms or sports equipment, may be exchanged for a different size or variation, if available. Please contact our support team to confirm exchange eligibility. We will arrange for collection and redelivery where feasible, though the customer may be responsible for shipping fees if the exchange is due to personal preference rather than a fault.


3. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at no charge and inspect the product upon receipt. Depending on availability, we will either send a replacement or credit your account. Contact our support team at [email protected] to log this return.


4. Defective Products

Kief Skole strives to provide high-quality products for your school and classroom needs. Should a product prove defective within 6 months of delivery, please contact us. Defects may include significant manufacturing flaws but exclude normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or any alteration of the product.

Extended Warranty: Some products may have an extended supplier warranty. If your item has a defect after the 6-month period but within the warranty timeframe, Kief Skole will assist with returning the item to the supplier per their warranty terms.

5. Returns on Digital Products and Course Codes

Due to the nature of digital products and online course codes, these items are generally non-refundable unless found to be defective upon download. Please report any issues with digital products promptly.


6. Bundled Purchases

If returning part of a bundle, the refund will reflect the discounted bundle price proportionally. Pre-packaged bundles must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or credit.


7. Refunds and Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). For accepted returns, processing typically takes 5-10 business days. Refunds for items purchased with gift vouchers or coupons will be issued as credit to your account rather than as cash.
