To activate your listing or store package, simply go to the Subscriptions page on your dashboard for store subscriptions or the Pricing Page for listing packages, choose the preferred package, and follow the prompts to activate.
Subscription Approval Process
To maintain high standards and a quality experience on Kief Skole, all subscriptions require approval. This quick approval process ensures that every listing, product or store meets platform guidelines and offers value to the community. Once approved, vendors and schools can start listing, selling, and engaging with their audience right away.

Managing Listings and Events With Advanced Features
Kief Skole’s platform offers a suite of advanced features that help schools and vendors connect with their audience, showcase activities, and manage events seamlessly.
Event Listings and QR Scanning
Schools and vendors with a paid listing plan can list their events (like sports days, fundraisers, and workshops) and use our integrated QR code scanner to manage entry. This streamlined process simplifies event organization and allows real-time tracking of attendees, making events more professional and secure.
Sponsorships and Fundraising
With sponsorship and fundraising functionality, schools and users can set up campaigns to raise funds for various projects or events. This feature is especially useful for attracting community support and securing sponsorships for sports teams, school upgrades, and student programs.
Subscriptions and Payment Processing
Vendors and schools offering subscription-based products, like school lunch plans, school fees or monthly stationery packs, can use our platform to process recurring payments. Schools can list facilities such as sports fields, halls, pools and advertising space for rent, complete with booking functionality that streamlines scheduling and payment. For vendors and schools who want to showcase their products with professional visuals and optimized listings, Kief Skole offers three once-off packages for photography, upload, and product description services:

Managing Revenue and Payouts
Kief Skole handles payments and commissions securely, providing transparent reporting and weekly payout options. Here’s how it works:
- Commission Rates: 5% commission on sales are charged from vendor and a processing fee charged at checkout. Your sales in your dashboard will reflect the entire amount charged to the customer and your earnings will reflect the amount you have earned.
- Monthly Payouts: Payouts are processed once a month for vendors with balances over R300 at R4 a payout, ensuring reliable and consistent revenue access. If you request an immediate manual payout a fee of R12 will apply to each payout.
All sales, commissions, and payouts are accessible through your dashboard, where you can track performance and view transaction history.
