Coupons Terms

From time to time, Kief Skole may issue electronic gift vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) and promotional coupons or discounts (“Coupons”) for use on our platform. These Gift Vouchers and Coupons can be redeemed toward the purchase of products on Kief Skole. All vouchers and coupons are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Gift Vouchers

1. Validity Period
   • Purchased Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Complimentary Gift Vouchers issued by Kief Skole are valid for the period specified at issuance. Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be used or extended.
2. Redemption
   • Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers or Coupons.
   • They do not accrue interest, nor are they redeemable for cash once purchased or obtained.
   • If your Gift Voucher value is insufficient to cover your total order, you may make up the difference with other accepted payment methods on Kief Skole.
3. Responsibility
   • Kief Skole is not liable for the loss, unauthorized use, or distribution of a Gift Voucher after it has been delivered to you or the nominated email address.

Coupons

There are two types of Coupons issued by Kief Skole:

• Fixed Amount Coupons: E.g., R100 off a purchase.
• Percentage Coupons: E.g., 10% off your order.

1. Issuance and Use
   • Coupons are issued at the discretion of Kief Skole and may be canceled, corrected, or restricted at any time, particularly if distributed in an unauthorized manner. Coupons cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase Gift Vouchers or other Coupons.
   • Coupons are single-use and are subject to specific conditions, which may include:
     • Only one Coupon per order.
     • Percentage Coupons apply to orders with a total cart value under R5,000.
     • Coupons must be redeemed at checkout and cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
2. Conditions of Use
   • Each Coupon can be used only once, and the value of the Coupon will be deducted from your cart’s total at checkout. Any remaining balance is payable by the user.
   • If a Coupon fails to reflect at checkout, please contact [email protected] to verify its validity. If valid, you may choose to cancel and reapply the order with the Coupon or use the Coupon on a future order (subject to the Coupon’s terms and expiration).
3. Returns and Cancellations
   • For orders partially or fully canceled prior to delivery, or returned per our Returns Policy, the value of the Fixed or Percentage Coupon will be deducted from the refund amount.
   • Replacement Coupons may be issued in certain circumstances, at Kief Skole’s discretion, and will carry restrictions or specific terms, if applicable.
