Bake the Sweet Potato Fries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray or brush with oil. Arrange the sweet potato strips in a single layer, leaving some space between each fry to allow for even cooking. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fries are tender and lightly browned.
Step 3
3 Prepare the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Step 4
4 Serve and Enjoy!
Once the sweet potato fries are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve them hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side. You can also sprinkle some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives on top for extra flavor and color.
